This covers using intellectz.ai and buying any Intellectz product. Read it in five minutes; nothing in it is trying to catch you out.
Intellectz LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, trading as "Intellectz". Everywhere below, "we" means Intellectz LLC and "you" means whoever agreed to these terms — a person, or the business they represent.
Intellectz builds separate products — Curator, IntellCals, SculptScale, Wardrobes, Wall Panelling, BillsVerify, Intellectz OS and others as they ship. Buying one does not oblige you to adopt the rest. These terms govern the whole portfolio by default; a product may publish its own terms for something specific to how it works, in which case its own terms take precedence for that product and these fill any gap it doesn't cover.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access details to yourself. Tell us straight away — hello@intellectz.ai — if you think someone else has got in.
Every plan's price and billing period is stated on that product's own pricing page or in your onboarding conversation — never anywhere else, and never assumed. In general:
Monthly and annual plans (Curator, IntellCals, Wardrobes, Wall Panelling): cancel any time from your account or by emailing us, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period you've already started, and we don't charge you again after you've cancelled. An annual plan paid up front is non-refundable once the year has begun, for the same reason a lease doesn't refund by the week — quote it monthly instead if you'd rather keep that flexibility.
Pay-per-use (SculptScale's per-file pricing): you're charged for what you actually process. A file that fails to process through a fault on our side is not charged; we'll tell you plainly if the fault was on our side or in the file itself.
Paid pilots (BillsVerify, and any other product sold this way before its public launch): the pilot's price, length and scope are agreed in writing before it starts. If we materially fail to deliver what was scoped, we'll refund the unused portion — write to hello@intellectz.ai and we'll work it out directly rather than make you fight a policy for it.
Custom setup and integration fees (one-time, quoted per project): non-refundable once the work has started, since it's paying for time already spent.
None of this is designed to trap you into a plan that isn't working. If a price or a policy above genuinely doesn't fit your situation, email us before you assume the worst — we'd rather sort it out than have you leave quietly.
We aim for our products to do exactly what their own page says, and to tell you plainly when something doesn't work rather than paper over it. We don't promise a specific result for your business — a hollowed jewellery file still needs a competent goldsmith, a curated recommendation still needs a shopper who wants to buy. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data you didn't back up, a missed deadline) beyond what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't let us limit.
Whatever you upload or enter — a jewellery STL, a store catalogue, a measurement — stays yours. We use it to run the product you asked for and, where a product's own page says so, to improve that product. We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to a third party except the ones named on the product's own privacy page (hosting, payments, the AI model itself). Don't use an Intellectz product to break the law, to attack our systems or anyone else's, to resell access without an agreement with us, or to upload something you don't have the right to upload. We can suspend an account doing any of this, and we'll tell you why.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly — no silent rewrites. Continuing to use a product after a change means you accept it; if a change genuinely doesn't work for you, cancelling is always available under the terms above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still stands.
